Before joining LICC in 2005, Brian held a wider range of managerial positions for Barclays. He's on the leadership team of his local church, and also acts as an honorary school chaplain.

Brian is married to Rosemary-Anne and they have two teenage children, and a West Highland terrier called Laddie. Brian is a long-suffering supporter of Watford Football Club.
