Gemma is responsible for all LICC's events, the Toolbox course and the Executive Toolbox course. She also manages the website and social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and LiveStream. |

Gemma graduated with a degree in English Studies from the University of Nottingham in 2008. After getting married to Pete, she moved to London and worked for a law firm for 18 months. In March 2010, she joined LICC as the customer support administrator.
When she's not at work, she loves reading, writing on her blogs and baking!
