Tracy joined LICC in 2004 as Director of the Imagine Project. Prior to this she worked in marketing and advertising, engaged in research and strategic planning and consultancy with a wide range of clients.

Having completed a theology degree at the London School of Theology she joined LICC to scope, establish and develop the Imagine Project. Tracy co-authored 'Imagine: Let My People Grow', the follow-on essay to 'Imagine how we can reach the UK' and edited the published collection of essays entitled 'Let My People Grow'.

She has three teenagers, two cats and one husband.
