Refund Policy

Cancelled Orders

We will provide a full refund for cancelled orders if the item is not already dispatched.

Returned Items

We offer full refund of price paid (excluding P&P) within two working days of receipt of returned items in original condition.

Damaged Goods

We will refund the price paid (excluding P&P) for goods damaged in transit (obviously we do not intentionally supply damaged goods).

Alternatively we will supply a replacement at no further cost (second lot of outward P&P to be paid by us). We will do that within two working days, subject to availability of stock.

Non Credit Card Orders

Refund will be made by cheque sent by second class post within two working days.
