An interesting e-mail arrived in my in-box the other day which some of you might be interested in:

disaster. It's 100 years since Gandhi made his famous declaration of non-violent passive resistance ("satyagraha") in front of 3000 Indians in the Empire Theatre in Johannesburg.

John Morris, an Anglican clergyman who used to be a teacher, has written a useful book called Contemporary Creed. It's designed for people who are interested in the faith, and/or those who want to go deeper - and tackles the hard issues on a bite-size 60-question journey through Christianity.
