Helen Parry
Lecturer in Christian Lifestyle & CMW Course Leader
After graduating in English and training as a teacher, Helen married a doctor and went to work in Africa, where she taught English in five African Universities over 23 years. Returning to England, she attended the Christian in the Modern World course at LICC, and has been working here part-time ever since.
She is now our lecturer in Christian lifestyle and leader of the very same course she attended - the Christian in the Modern World.
She lectures at the Institute and elsewhere, and is a regular contributor to eg magazine and our weekly Connecting with Culture and Word for the Week email service.
She is married to Eldryd.
