How can churches become communities that envision, equip and support their people to be fruitful on their daily frontlines - wherever those are?
Join members of the LICC team as we share what we've learnt about how to create a whole-life disciplemaking church. Imagine Church Training Days are being held across the country for church leaders and leadership teams. We'll be exploring the biblical vision and the practical principles and process we've been learning in our work with churches of different sizes and denominations across the nation and offering a clear framework for moving forward.
What are the implications for leaders and leadership teams who want to create a missional disciplemaking community? How have people grown in confidence to make a difference on their frontlines? What's helped? What's hindered? What keeps it going? What resources can help? And how can you discern the right first steps to take in your own particular context?
Naturally, individual delegates are more than welcome, but, given the nature and vital importance of the topic, it's often more helpful if leaders can come with others from the same church.
The cost of the day will be £15 (including refreshments - bring your own lunch or pop out in the break).

Reviews of Previous Discipleship Training
"I'm particularly grateful for your inspirational sessions drawing on a wealth of research and experience which made whole-life discipleship live and gave perspective to our 24/7 'Live It' tag to our Year of Discipleship". Rt Rev Trevor Willmott, Bishop of Dover
"I am being convicted to write to you and to thank you for the challenge you gave me last week at Sunbury Court...I KNOW God is at work - and I don't want the people here to miss out on how their lives could be!" Salvation Army Officer
"Thanks for your excellent, accessible and truly challenging teaching yesterday. I have people of both genders and across the age and socio-economic and cultural spectrum affirming the value of our day conference..... so many thanks again to you." Baptist Minister
"I would like to take this opportunity of thanking you for you involvement in our weekend recently. Your contribution was outstanding and perfectly set the scene for the rest of the weekend. You will be pleased to know that the response from the group was extremely positive and we plan to have a regular meeting of the group to achieve accountability in discipleship and look at ways of being more effective in mission." And one year later: "A good number of the delegates at the training last year have good stories to tell of changed attitudes and fresh ministries." Regional Leader, Scotland
