Encouraging missionary discipleship

Thursday 9 October, 2008 - Baptist House, Didcot

What’s the aim of this day?

We want to stimulate our imagination for the journey of Christian growth and missionary discipleship in today’s
rapidly changing culture and recognise that this call is often a significant challenge to the way we do life in our
churches. So this is a day where we can explore the implications of 21st century disciple-making for church
communities - particularly for the role of leaders - with a view to sketching out some possible ways forward in
the light of the key issues that arise.
