Our Work Matters

Mark Greene introduces work as a crucial context for mission & discipleship.

Our work matters deeply to God. In fact, work is one of the primary activities that God created us to pursue - in communion with him and in partnership with others.

Through work we have the opportunity to make the world a better place - a place in which humankind flourishes. The working week can be so much more than something we 'endure', becoming an exciting context in which we can fruitfully follow Jesus, serve others and our world.

Workers

Our work matters to God, and it's an important context for us to join in his mission. It's also a pretty challenging environment. How can we be fruitful followers of Christ at work? Whether you're struggling to survive at work, or want to understand more deeply your calling, visit our Worker pages for resources and support.

Church Leaders

The time we spend gathered together in church is a crucial opportunity to equip, support and release Christians for their ministry in the world. Our Church Leaders pages offer ideas and resources to help you develop disciples of Christ for today's workplace.

Young Adults

The first ten years in the workplace are a crucially formative time. Yet far too many young Christians are struggling to make the transition into working life with their faith intact. Whether you,re in your twenties yourself or are looking to support those who are, come and explore what it could mean to start work well with God.
