Being a Christian in Finance can be challenging.

You’re often judged on revenue numbers, seniority, or your role – a front-office function under pressure to find new deals, or a support role with lower visibility. But why are you really there? And what does the gospel have to do with finance and your role in the industry anyway?

The Faith and Finance course was first launched through the Centre for Faith and Work (now part of Redeemer City to City at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York) to wrestle with these challenges, and to offer Christians in finance a fresh, biblical perspective:

  • What does it mean to be called to finance?
  • Am I really supposed to be in finance?
  • How can the gospel transform organisational culture and speak to the global marketplace?

The course also contains prayer, devotional, and personal transformation elements. And delegates engage in a class project that re-envisions their particular part of the industry.

‘The course really helped me take the faith I practise on Sundays into every other day of the week’
– A New York Delegate
