Revd Lyn Weston
Director of Church of England Relations
Lyn is excited to develop fruitful partnerships to inspire the CoE to make a difference wherever we are, providing her the wonderful opportunity to work with leaders in the national church as well as across dioceses, deaneries, mission areas, parishes and individuals. Lyn is eager to share her learning of being a disciple over the last few decades as she has balanced being a wife, mum and lay leader in a large evangelical church whilst holding the responsibility for directing change in a global financial services organisation, and then as she followed a calling to priesthood and serving the church full-time.
Revd Steve Rouse
LICC Church Team Director
Steve spends his time with churches, church leaders and church networks across the UK who are keen to focus their faith communities on whole-life discipleship. Through a mix of one-on-one conversations, meetings with church leadership teams, workshops and training days, Steve heads up a team of church consultants who inspire and practically equip churches to be whole-life-disciple-makers. He also co-leads a church in Balham. When he’s not working, you’ll find Steve playing squash, restoring furniture, riding his motorbike or watching ‘Hunted’ with his wife Leisa and their two children.
