98% of Christian young people spend 95% of their waking lives on their frontlines – in schools and shopping centres, in homes and hang outs, in parks and playgrounds – with people who don’t know Jesus. These are the places young people live out their faith and learn what it means to follow the way of Jesus.
This interactive training workshop will help you explore how to shape your youth and children’s ministry to envision and equip your young people for their Monday to Saturday lives.
The day will be led by our Church Team and some special guests, and will be a chance to share wisdom and learn together about how to create a youthwork ministry that focuses on developing whole-life disciples.
Through the day we will:
- Explore the biblical vision for whole-life disciplemaking
- Share principles, practices, and processes to make whole-life disciplemaking possible
- Illustrate with case studies and examples
- Help you clarify a framework and next steps for creating a whole-life disciplemaking culture in your church’s youth & children’s ministry.
