Church Life Consultant
Part-time - 0.6 role, Permanent
£21,600 (pro-rata of £36,000)
As part of our Church Team, you’ll help leaders create and sustain whole-life disciplemaking churches that equip the whole community to be fruitful for Christ in their scattered contexts.
You’ll build relationships and train groups of church leaders in principles and practices to change the culture of their churches. You’ll accompany a small number of churches who want to strengthen the relationship between their gathered and scattered life. We’re also looking for you to identify, equip and support a small team of leaders in the role of Associates who can undertake speaking engagements on LICC’s behalf.
You’ll need to be someone with outstanding interpersonal skills who can quickly gain the confidence and respect of church leaders. You must have demonstrable facilitation skills, together with experience in training and developing others. The role is well suited to someone with experience in local church leadership, though this is not a requirement. However, we’re looking for someone who has sought to inspire and equip people for their Monday to Saturday contexts, within their role. For the right person this will be an exhilarating challenge.
