Meet Chris, a GP from Glasgow.

He’s worked in a number of different surgeries throughout his career and his last job change involved moving to a new practice as a senior partner. Although there were lots of positive things about his workplace, he also began to spot some problems – things in the culture that weren’t particularly fair or affirming for the staff. But there were some major roadblocks to the changes he wanted to make. So how did he handle it?
