LICC always aims to serve people well. However, if there are occasions when we are not getting it right, please let us know using the simple procedure below.
If you are not happy with any particular aspect of LICC’s work, please speak to the relevant staff member, manager or director.
If you are unhappy about the behaviour of anyone in LICC, please approach him or her directly.
If this is difficult or inappropriate then please communicate with either of our managing directors, Tracy Cotterell (firstname.lastname@example.org), or Richard Montgomery (email@example.com), ideally verbally (the main LICC phone number is 020 7399 9555). We will always attempt to give you a swift response. If the matter is more complicated we will give you an initial response within five working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response or wish to raise the matter more formally, please email the Chair of Trustees (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You will receive a written acknowledgement within five working days. Your complaint will be investigated and we will give you a reply within ten working days, setting out how the problem will be dealt with. If this is not possible, an interim response will be made informing you of the action taken to date or being considered.
We would also be very happy to hear whenever you are delighted with your engagement with LICC.
